Taizhou Xiongfeng Casting Co., Ltd. is a professional company specializing in aluminum die casting molds and aluminum die casting parts for hardware industry, auto industry, motorcycle industry as well as other industries. We conform with ISO9001 standards, located in Taizhou City, 30 minutes' drive to Huangyan Airport.
Our company was established in 1993, covering an area of 10,000 square meters, with an excellent team of specialists. At present, we provide aluminum casting components for some domestic and overseas famous brand manufacturers from Europe, Japan and America.
We have been fully equipped with advanced equipment for aluminum high pressure casting:
Mold design room: equipped with 3D simulation injection analysis and control, 3D design software UG and Pro-E.
Mold manufacture: several CNC, high precision carving machines and computer clamping mechanism to make sure the precision and efficiency of the molds.
Casting workshop: central melt furnace, electricity holding furnace and 12 high pressure die-casting machines ranging from 160T to 800T.
Machining workshop: 40 NC lathes, drilling and milling lathes can meet your further machining requirements.
Painting workshop: a complete sealed clean and auto painting line can meet your further higher surface demands.
Inspection room: CMM, spectral analysis, salt spray test and backset thickness measurement.
